Nasims.gov.ng | Npower Batch C Test: Unable To Update BVN, Blocked Account & Reset Password Email: See Solution
If you have any of the following challenges there is no need to panic, you’re not alone, the government are also aware of the challenges you’re facing, some of the problems are due to high traffic on the portal while some are due to errors from your end, either ways below are the recommended solutions.
UNABLE TO UPDATE BVN

All applicants should ensure to use the correct date of Birth as used in Biometric Verification Number (BVN) and Bank Account. If the problem persists, be network or internet disruption, keep trying until it gets solved

BLOCKED ACCOUNT DURING THE ONLINE TEST

Applicants have three attempt to take the online CBT assessment, after that, only one attempt in 6 hours time will be allowed.

RESET PASSWORD EMAIL PROBLEMS

All N-Power batch-c applicants are expected to update their profile and take the test for possible shortlisting to the next stage of the N-Power application process.

Please note that all successful candidates will be sent a mail and given directions on the next stage.
Candidates not selected can re-apply for the next batch of the programme as soon as it opens for application.

Instructions:
Please make sure your records are fully updated on the NASIMS portal before taking this test
For first time login, recover your password using the under listed procedures:
Click on login
Use the Forgot Password Option
Click on “Send Link”
Check your mail and follow the instructions to reset your password.
After successful reset of password, please login to update your records before taking test.
Important Notice Regarding the Test
This test is time base and you are expected to answer 20 questions in 10 mins.
Test cannot be retaken after submission
You cannot skip any question
Every question is allotted equal score
If you are timed out after the third attempt without submitting, you will not be able to take the test again.
