Dear Sir/ Madam,
With Over nine years of solid experience, conduct innovative and effective lecture classes from the first year through the postgraduate level, currently work as a Lecturer, Associate, and Assistant Professor of social science at various universities.
over the years I’ve taken on different roles, starting as a teacher of English language, Social Researcher/worker, Welfare and Poverty Alleviation manager, Deputy Director of Project Management, Trainer, facilitator, and consultant, Professor/collaborator, Professor/associate professor, assistant professor / Lecturer, and Senior assistant professor.
as well worked with humanitarian assistance field across sectors managing projects delivering outstanding results and driving projects through the implementation of the program in the field of humanitarian aid and outstanding performance come through accomplished, achievement tangible projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, I also have high expertise in representation; and coordination with internal and external actors and clusters: including Donors, UN agencies, NGOs, local government authorities and community leaders. I have attended various courses on humanitarian aid work, managed national staff during my work in other NGOs and I believe I have all the skills and capacity needed to take up any role immediately.
Competence ability with excellent Planning and organization skills, good communication, management skills, and good team-worker, and manage time and technological awareness, computers and Internet skills and ability to produce good work, and meet the targets and ensure activities are on track and managing program/project from all stages assess, design, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the project activities achieved, budget management, administrative, community mobilization, and building capacity of the target communities to ensure that all programming commitment of, or alignment with core humanitarian principles &standards, Sphere standards, humanitarian accountability partnership(HAP-I)standards, Do No Harm, gender mainstreaming in the program, relevant to program areas.
